CHALLENGE
The leading industrial combine in Kuwait wished to provide their senior board members with the ability to monitor the performance of their various operating divisions across the Middle East but were experiencing significant cost and performance issues with trying to deploy their SAP-based reports due to very low bandwidth available in some of their locations.
BENEFIT
With the remote assistance of the iNovar team, the IT Department were able to satisfactorily implement a 2GoCloud Server image onto one of the Windows servers within the data centre in Kuwait and configure this to enable direct interrogation of their SAP software. 2GoCloud clients were preinstalled onto the iPads and made available to their senior executives.
RESULT
Within a week of commencing the implementation, all board members had been provided with an iPad enabling them to have access to all of their critical SAP-based business intelligence content to enable effective control of the various subsidiary companies
