CHALLENGE
An international French telecommunications provider was looking to provide interactive bid performance information to the senior executives of a major out-sourced Swiss client providing information about system status, SLA performance and a number of other metrics but were struggling to find a method of being able to easily deliver this Oracle-based content onto the client’s device of choice – primarily iPads.
SOLUTION
Connecting the AWS-based 2GoCloud servers with their Geneva-based data centre, they were able to provide the senior executives of their client with a wide variety of performance metrics to be accessed on the executives’ iPads and dramatically shorten the length of time previously taken to provide this level of information
BENEFIT
The positive response to the use of 2GoCloud to enable their client’s senior management to have immediate access to timely performance information on their iPads was cited as a major contributor to the renewal of the multi-million Euro outsourced communication contract with the telecommunications provider.
